Professional digital video recorders and DVD players DVRs for the music industry, have a hard drive onto which music recordings are stored. Depending on manufacturers models, digital recorders allow a number of tracks to be recorded, for example, 8 tracks, 24 tracks, and size of hard disks vary, for instance internal 40GB hard disk drive (HDD).
